Sadie has had the pleasure of working in a variety of roles and industries, with the bulk of her experience being in health care/hospital administration and project management. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario and a master’s degree in management from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. She likes learning about what motivates people, how systems are structured, and leveraging those factors to effect positive change at the individual and organizational level.

Outside of work Sadie thrives on reading (fiction, self-improvement, memoirs, you-name-it), taking walks outdoors, and board games with anyone who will play!
