The first step to developing a strong, skilled and educated workforce is finding the right talent for the job. Hiring events are held at Michigan Works! Service Centers. Interview space, copy machines, fax machine, telephone and computer access are available free of charge.

West Michigan Works! also offers seminars on topics of interest to employers and certification trainings.

Job Fairs

Join employers from across West Michigan at quarterly West Michigan Works! job fairs. Collect resumes and schedule interviews in a traditional job fair setting.

Ottawa Quarterly Job Fair

West Michigan Works! in Ottawa County hosts Quarterly Job Fairs to assist employers in their recruiting efforts. These events take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Holland Service Center.

Grand Rapids Job Fair

The Grand Rapids Job Fair takes place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. the third Wednesday of every month, except for December. The location of the fair will alternate every month between the Michigan Works! Westside and Franklin Service Centers.
